Sweet potato in oil and lemon

 

Ingredients

 Medium sweet potatoes

4 Tbs olive oil

4 crushed garlic cloves

the juice of one lemon

Chopped Asphodel

Salt

3 Tbs balsamic vinegar

 

Method

1.      Peel the potatoes and slice into thin slices

2.      Arrange in a plastic dish and sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice

3.      Add the garlic, close the lid of the dish and shake well

4.      Let stand for one hour

5.      Remove to a serving dish, add balsamic vinegar

6.      Sprinkle with chopped Asphodel and serve
