Zucchini concha

A very simple recipe for a wonderful traditional Jewish roman dish

 

Ingredients

6 Medium zucchinis (Courgettes)

Oil for deep frying

Salt

Balsamic vinegar

 

Method

1. Cut the Zucchinis into thin rings

2. Fry in oil till brown

3. Set aside, season with salt and sprinkle liberally with balsamic vinegar, let stand for two hours before serving.
