Pickled Sardines

 

 

Ingredients

12 Sardines, pickled in vinegar

4 Garlic cloves, chopped finely

The juice of half a lemon

3Tbs olive oil

Finely chopped parsley

 

Method

1.       Cut each sardine from the stomach and spread out

2.       Prepare a mixture from the lemon juice, garlic and parsley

3.       Place the sardines in the mixture for at least one hour

4.       Serve in a dish several sardine slices with one Tsp of the sauce

5.       Sprinkle with olive oil and serve without heating/
