Spiced shrimps
Ingredients
1/2kg shrimps, peeled.
5-6 fresh basil leaves
5-6 fresh marjoram leaves or 2 Tsp dried marjoram
¼ chopped parsley
2 chilli peppers, finely chopped
4 crushed garlic cloves
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup dry white wine
Salt
Method
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic till browned
2.
Set aside the garlic and add the shrimps to the pan
3.
Stir fry the shrimps for 3 minutes
4.
Add the wine and cook on high heat till half the liquids are
gone
5.
Reduce the heat; add the herb leaves, chillies and salt, mix
for half a minute and remove from the heat.
Serve hot or cold decorated with a lemon slice.
