Carpaccio stuffed tomatoes

 

Ingredients

6 tomatoes

100gr bacon, sliced into small pieces

100gr cubed hard cheese

2 basil stalks

6 slices of Carpaccio

Salt for seasoning

 

Method.

1.       Prepare the Carpaccio according to recipe

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.       Slice off the tomato tops and place aside

3.       Remove the pulp with a spoon

  4.       Sprinkle with basil, fill the tomatoes with bacon and cheese pieces

5.       Replace the tops and cook in a hot oven for 15 minutes

6.       Set aside and let cool, remove the tops, place a slice of Carpaccio and basil on each tomato
